Jr. Technical Product Specialist

Job Description

  • Identify technical requirements of existing clients and new accounts
  • Propose appropriate   technical solutions to  meet the clients  business requirements
  • Accomplish the required certifications and technology trainings
  • Support the activities of the BMG ( Sales)  in developing new and existing opportunities.
  • Perform technical role during product implementation
  • Willing to undergo trainings on specific product

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology / ECE and related course
  • Exposure in different hardware/software environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills

SR. BUSINESS CONSULTANT

The qualified Business Consultant will be responsible in activities such as; sell entire   HP Line of business to a single or multiple assigned accounts; focuses on retaining existing accounts on cross and vertical industry segment and should establish a professional working relationship with a client to develop a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client.

  • Degree holder in Information Technology/Business / Marketing Course
  • Ensure robust account planning and accurate account revenue and gross profit forecasting
  • Personifies, coordinates & aggressively drives all HP selling within accounts(s)-products/services/solutions
  • Aggressively scans for prospective deals and shapes offers in pursuit of new business opportunities

 

  • Maintains profound understanding of the business and technical contexts in which key accounts are situated, and uses this knowledge to build consultative effectiveness and establish trust
  • Demonstrates client-sensitive practices within the accounts(s) and internal gate-keeping within HP to support building strategic trusted advisor status
