Job Description:

The qualified Project Management Officer will be responsible for activities such as: Planning and Executing the project according to the timeline, schedule, and budget; Supervising project management client and vendor management; Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly status updates on the project being handled; Advising management on project technical issues and risks; Serving as the Point of Contact between sales, pre-sales, post-sales, and partners during project implementation; Monitoring timelines, project milestones, and documentation of specific project.

Minimum Qualifications:

The qualified Accounting Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the correctness and accuracy of accounts payable and accounts receivable within the company guidelines. She will assist in the preparation of financial statement reports; Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries. Maintains books of account/subsidiaries and see to it that books are properly and accurately recorded; Specifically (a) Cash Disbursement Book  (b) Journal Register  (c) Accounts Payable Subsidiary (d) OPEX details per department.

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Description:

The qualified IT Technical Pre-Sales Specialist will be in charge of activities such as: preparing technical proposals and product implementation; assisting and educating Account Managers in understanding core products and their features; analyzing clients’ needs and determining the best solution offerings; creating technical solution designs to address clients’ requirements; architecting, planning, designing, and executing infrastructure-related projects and programs as a solution offering; and performing technical presentations and proof of concept to clients as needed.

Systems Engineer

Job Description:

The qualified Systems Engineer will be responsible for activities such as: providing in-depth technical and technological expertise in their specific area of focus; performing hardware and software maintenance support, with the primary task being to install, configure, and repair machines / systems; determining proper resolution to clients’ issues, maintaining Service Level Agreement in resolving technical issues; provides preventive maintenance on the machines of clients covered by service contracts; runs on-site and remote diagnostics; and assists their respective clients in a 24/7 environment.

The qualified Cadet Engineer will be responsible in performing hardware and software maintenance support, as well as, install and configure IT systems such as local area networks and wide area networks.
