Account Manager

Job Description:

The qualified Account Manager   will be responsible  in activities  such as: Sell entire  product line  to a single  or multiple accounts; Focuses  on retaining  existing  accounts  on cross industry segment and should  establish  a professional working relationship ( up to executive level) with the client  to develop a core understanding  of the unique  business needs  of the client  within their industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related course
  • Ensures robust account planning and accurate account revenue and gross profit forecasting
  • Aggressively scans for prospective deals and offers new business opportunities
  • Maintains a profound understanding of the business and technical contexts in which key accounts are situated, and uses this knowledge to build consultative effectiveness and establish trust
  • Three to Ten years of consistent over quota performance
  • Experience in managing government and private accounts and procurement process, a definite advantage
IT Technical Pre-Sales Specialist

Job Description:

The qualified IT Technical Pre-Sales Specialist will be in charge of activities such as: preparing technical proposals and product implementation; assisting and educating Account Managers in understanding core products and their features; analyzing clients’ needs and determining the best solution offerings; creating technical solution designs to address clients’ requirements; architecting, planning, designing, and executing infrastructure-related projects and programs as a solution offering; and performing technical presentations and proof of concept to clients as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related course.
  • Open for fresh graduates.
  • Willing to be trained.
  •  Experienced in any of the following:
    • Storage and Backup solutions (Veritas, Acronis, Data Protection)
    • Network & Security (Sophos, Fortinet, Symantec, Aruba, FireEye, Cisco, McAfee)
    • Technology Infrastructure (HPE, DELL, ORACLE)
    • Software Solution (MS, Redhat, VMware, Panaya, SAP)
    • IT Certifications are preferred but not mandatory
    • Experience in providing technical solutions to clients
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Strong analytical and planning skills
Cadet Engineer | IT

Job Description:

The qualified Cadet Engineer will be responsible in performing hardware and software maintenance support, as well as, install and configure IT systems such as local area networks and wide area networks. He will assists Systems Engineer in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues and conducts IT inspection to clients to ensure IT systems and equipment are operational.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electronics Communication Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ or any IT related course
  • Candidates must have very good interpersonal skills and excellent communication (verbal & written)
  • Knowledge of database and networking security systems
  • Familiarity with general operating systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants
  • Technical training to be provided to the newly hired candidates
